Great question! As we considered why we wanted to start this venture, we felt the world is running at a pace that is unsustainable. As we looked back to those remarkable moments in life, we realized they were usually around food. But today, not all food is food. Some of it is grown on plants - some of it is made in giant factories. We think the best thing imaginable is a home cooked meal, made from scratch, with the freshest ingredients enjoyed as a family or with friends. That is what you will receive when you shop at Country Life Natural Foods.

Yes! Any food product that is certified organic is required to be non-GMO; this is a primary objective of the US National Organic Program.Further, certified organic foods cannot be intentionally treated with glyphosate.

ORDERING

Our most updated prices and products are always available on our website. For those who would like a paper copy, you can either add one to your next order here, or download a PDF by clicking here.

We place a pack date code on all of the food products that we package in our factory. To read the pack date code, it will be the number printed to the left of the item number (which is printed in bold).

We create a 3 to 5 digit number based on the date we pack the product; the last digit(s) represents the month, the middle digit represents the last digit of the year and the first digit(s) represents the day in which the product was packed. A 3-digit pack date code of 141 indicates that the product was packed on 01/01/2024; a 4-digit pack date code of 2142 indicates the product was packed on 02/21/2024; and a 5-digit pack date code of 29312 indicates the product was packed on 12/29/2023.

We accept orders online, by phone and email.

After logging in to your account online:

1. Search for the item by name or SKU# in the Search Bar next to the Country Life logo (on mobile, under the Country Life logo).

2. Select the item you'd like to order from the search results. The product page will load.

3. Select the correct size from the choices on the right of the photo (on mobile, size choices are under the photo).

4. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”. Repeat these steps until you have all the items in your cart.

5. Click on the Cart icon at the top right of the page (both desktop & mobile).

6. Your shopping cart will 'slide in' from the right side of your screen (both desktop & mobile).

7. Please verify the details of your order, including quantity & sizes.

8. Enter any special instructions in the field provided, then select the green Checkout button.

9. In the new page please enter your email, select the delivery method, and enter a physical address for delivery. Also please include a phone number, sowe can reach you if necessary.

10. Click "Continue to shipping" at the bottom of the screen.

11. On the next screen, please verify contact information, order total and shipping method.

12. Click 'Continue to Payment' at the bottom of the screen.

13. On the payment screen, please verify Contact Email, Ship To Address andShipping Method. Fill in payment information, billing addresss and any applicable discount Code.

14. Click the green 'Pay Now' button. An order confirmation will be sent via email.

For phone orders, please have your complete order ready. Our Customer Care team is available for phone orders from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday - Thursday; 10 am to 1 pm EST Fridays. We cannot accept orders left on our voicemail system. If you are unable to reach us, please leave us your name and telephone number and we will contact you as soon as possible.


For phone orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within the U.S or Canada. We are not able to accept PayPal or checks over the phone.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes! We offer truck delivery for orders over $400 in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin & Minnesota.

All orders must be submitted by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on the date of your deadline. If you would like more information about our truck routes, please call our office at 269-236-5011.

We ship orders with USPS, UPS & FedEx.

For orders shipped via UPS or FedEx, total fulfillment time is approximately 5-7 business days from the time your order is placed.
*For orders delivered on our trucks, we will call with delivery times on Friday the week prior to delivery.

We ship via FedEx. Only USPS can deliver to PO Boxes because the boxes are serviced from inside postal facilities in secure areas. In addition, the postal service has size and weight limitations that prevent us from shipping to a PO Box.

Yes! We offer Free Shipping right to your door for all orders $99 or more that are delivered in the lower 48 states, without any weight restrictions.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds are issued when an item is not available. This happens when an item is out of stock or discontinued. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

We do not process backorders at this time.
